Hoop Shield instructions.
                       1. secure stabilizer in hoop.
                       2. Place Hoop Shield over hoop.
                       3. Spray stabilizer with temporary adhesive.
                       4. Remove Hoop Shield and position fabric over hoop,
                       5. Hand press against stabilizer.
